MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Analyze the performance of the store (e.g., bestsellers, space allocation) and make necessary adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency.
* Deliver total customer satisfaction via our service model and boost sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results.
* Understand customer expectations and train your team to always reach or exceed them.
* Guide and provide training to all team members regarding products, NB technologies, and seasonal products.
* Assist in coordinating rota and scheduling.
* Minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and tracking all loss prevention procedures.
* Support the recruitment, induction, training, and development of the store team.
* Act as key holder for the store and be an active member on the shop floor and back of house, carrying out retail duties such as sales, customer service, and stock control.
* Handle inquiries and escalate customer complaints appropriately.
* Understand and support store operations, policies, and procedures via the retail game changer.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as required by the business or Store Manager.


REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

* Team Player
* Proven experience in a supervisory position.
* Ability to lead and coach a team.
* Knowledge of retail KPIs.
* Previous experience in retail is desirable.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
* A passion for retail and sales.
* Desire to learn and grow.
* Ability to perform basic math and general retail operational processes.
* Understanding of POS register systems.
* Effective communication skills.
* Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
