B2B marketing just got a little more interesting! We combine the variety and creativity of a small, agency-style marketing environment with the support and long-term career progression of an established platform, creating a marketing role you don’t see every day.

You’ll join Tempting Ventures, a growth platform that invests in and supports leading recruitment and executive search businesses. You will report into our CMO, who heads up the marketing function and work alongside our network of marketing experts covering web development, design, PR and more. Due to our large portfolio and client base, you’ll work with different brands, across unique markets and with multiple leaders to deliver fit-for-purpose marketing campaigns and social strategies that drive business and brand outcomes.

The role

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B marketing campaigns across email, social and other digital channels, ensuring they are well planned, executed to a high standard and deliver meaningful outcomes.

A core part of the role involves working closely with recruitment and executive search leaders to curate and activate their personal brands. You’ll help turn their experience and perspectives into credible thought leadership and campaign content that builds trust, authority and demand in the market.

This is a hands-on role, but not an isolated one. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that works closely across marketing, design, PR, sales and leadership.


What you’ll be responsible for

* Leading end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns across email, social and other digital platforms
* Building lead nurture journeys and automated workflows that convert prospects into pipeline opportunities
* Partnering with recruitment and executive search leaders to shape personal brand positioning and go-to-market content
* Developing campaign calendars, journeys, workflows and audience segmentation strategies
* Monitoring campaign performance in real time and optimising for impact and ROI
* Managing multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards
* Coordinating with internal teams, clients and external partners across North America and Europe
* Using CRM, campaign management and project management tools to keep campaigns and reporting organised and accurate


What we’re looking for

* Proven experience delivering B2B campaigns end to end across email, social and digital channels
* Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, tagging and analytics tools
* Experience using email marketing tools
* Confidence working with senior leaders and shaping how they show up in the market
* Strong journalistic and editorial instincts to tell the stories of our clients
* Outstanding copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style across content types
* A clear understanding of how marketing connects to commercial outcomes
* A data-led mindset with strong attention to detail and structure
* Experience working with US markets is desirable, but not essential

* Hybrid working: 3 days from home
* Travel: Monthly travel to London to meet with the Tempting Ventures team and attend client meetings (fully expensed by Tempting Ventures)
