£12 - £13 per hour depending on experience, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (could offer a little flexibility), holiday pay accrual, free car parking, pension.
The Role
We are working with our highly respected client who seek an experienced Finance Assistant to support their small friendly accounts team. This is an immediate temporary role, however there could be a permanent opportunity on offer.
Typical duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Entering supplier invoices into Clarity and Sage (Sage50 experience would be handy)
2. Entering supplier payments and allocating payments
3. Supplier account reconciliations
4. Dealing with the company credit cards, collection of receipts, entering expenses into the system, and allocating payments
5. Dealing with employee expenses and mileage claims
6. Scanning documents
7. Making teas and coffees for clients and visitors
8. Ordering stationery and other items for general consumption
9. Liaising with supplier and subcontractor queries
10. General admin duties
The successful Finance Assistant candidate will ideally have experience with Sage50, be proficient, self-motivated, and have a good all-round knowledge of accounts administration.

This is a very successful, award-winning manufacturing company with an excellent reputation in their sector. The accounts team consists of 3 staff, so it is essential that you are comfortable working in a small team.
