Teaching Personnel are currently working with a Primary school based in Congleton who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support small groups of students who require additional support with learning. The school is OFSTED rated ‘Good’ and staff strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.

About the role:
* Start- date: 1st September
* Long-term/ongoing with opportunity for permanent contract
* Opportunity to earn £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the Class Teacher to identify learning gaps and create and implement individualised learning plans. This may include 1-1 or small group intervention for core subjects. You will also supervise behaviour within the class and assist the teacher when behaviour policies need to be followed.
What we’re looking for:
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience within a school is necessary
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of current behaviour management techniques
* Passionate, caring and empathetic approach
