* Draft and review commercial property documents including leases, licences, and contracts
* Assist with title reviews, property searches, and due diligence enquiries
* Manage data rooms and handle Stamp Duty and Companies House filings
* Prepare Land Registry applications and respond to requisitions
* Handle billing, invoices, disbursements, and completion statements
* Support business development (e.g. blog writing) and ensure excellent client care
* Compile document bundles, manage post, and handle legal research
What you'll bring:
* Minimum 18 months of commercial property experience
* Knowledge of billing and strong organisational skills
* A collaborative spirit with great attention to detail
