Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a leadership role where your clinical insight, and strategic vision will make a real impact? Join Beaumont Vets as our new Clinical Director and help shape the future of our thriving practice.
As Clinical Director, you’ll play a key role in leading our friendly, talented team, overseeing clinical standards, contributing to the practice’s growth, and fostering a supportive and positive work culture. You’ll also retain hands-on clinical time, striking a balance between leadership and doing what you love.

What We Offer

What you’ll bring?
* MRCVS-qualified with strong clinical experience
* Proven leadership skills or ambition to lead a team
* Confident in managing clinical standards and protocols
* Solid understanding of practice operations and finances
* Excellent communication and team development abilities
* Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives
* Committed to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
