Sofias is a new Bistro Restaurant based in the High Street in Hunstanton, Norfolk. We opened our doors 10 th October 2025 and have seen a fantastic response to our offer of global flavours served in a tapas / sharing style. Our plans for expansion within our group includes an additional venue in Hunstanton which will predominantly be a Wine Bar & small plate offering so as part of that expansion we are currently looking for an additional and experienced:
JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
Location : Sofias Tapas & Bistro, Hunstanton sofias22.com
Hours: Up to 50 hrs per week on a rota basis
To include weekends, school holidays, Bank Holidays & late nights, all to be agreed & managed
What We Offer : Salary Up to £38,000 Depending on Experience
Tips: Share of tips
Holidays: 29 days holiday (28 days holiday + 1 extra day as a birthday treat to enjoy a day off on us)
Events: Company events throughout the year
