We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering scalable, robust, and innovative Salesforce solutions.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Bradford, Chatham, London, Petersfield
Working Pattern: Hybrid—typically a couple of days a week in the office. Part-time or flexible arrangements are considered to support work-life balance.

Salesforce Solution Architect, you will design cross-domain, end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, architectural principles, and industry best practice.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:
* Design cross-domain, end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements, architectural principles, and industry best practice.
* Create and maintain solution design artefacts, from early discovery through to Technical Design Authority approval.
* Ensure designs incorporate functional, non-functional, regulatory, and security requirements.
* Collaborate with Enterprise, Domain, and Solution Architects, as well as IT, Change, and InfoSec teams.
* Drive efficiencies through the use of standards, frameworks, and shared best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect (or equivalent senior Salesforce role).
* Experience within the financial services sector and understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
* Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud.
* Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC), with an understanding of its data model and features.
* Strong grasp of Salesforce platform fundamentals: data model, security/sharing, automation (Flows, Process Builder), Apex, and LWC.
* Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP).
* Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
* Salesforce Certified Application Architect (essential).
