As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in:
* Designing and developing innovative products in line with technical specifications.
* Collaborating within a multifunctional team to identify and implement solutions for project needs.
* Producing detailed designs from concept to manufacturing readiness using advanced 3D CAD software.
* Preparing and presenting project progress reports at monthly engineering team reviews.
* Driving improvements in design tools and processes to enhance productivity.
* Ensuring all designs meet customer requirements and adhere to quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an HVAC engineering environment.
* Proven expertise in development and delivery projects.
* Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
* An awareness of software and programming tools that can enhance project outcomes.
