We are looking for a Midweight Creative / Art Director with a strong conceptual bias and solid experience in TV and film production, alongside digital and social. You will develop and deliver visually compelling ideas across integrated campaigns, ensuring a high standard of craft from concept through to final execution.
Responsibilities
• Art direct campaigns across TV, film, social, digital, and integrated channels
• Translate strategic briefs into high-quality visual outputs, from initial concepts through
to final delivery
• Create mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and visual references to clearly communicate
ideas
• Work closely with copywriters and other creatives to develop cohesive campaign
thinking
• Collaborate with designers, motion artists, editors, and production teams to deliver
best-in-class work
• Support and contribute to TVC and film production, including pre-production, shoot
days, and post-production feedback
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process where appropriate (e.g. ideation, visual
development, rapid prototyping)
• Ensure consistency and quality of craft across all outputs and formats
Qualifications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality art direction across TV/film and digital
• Experience of working on FMCG and large multi-national brands.
• Proven experience working on TVCs or broadcast campaigns, with an understanding of
production processes
• Experience across social-first content, digital campaigns, and integrated work
• Strong working knowledge of AI creative tools and an understanding of how to apply
them within a creative workflow
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; motion skills a
plus)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take ideas from concept through to execution
