Join Our Team as a Female Support Worker
Location:
Tadley, Hampshire
Salary:
£12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits. Sleep-ins are compulsory and paid at an additional £50 per sleep.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota).
Contract:
Full-time, permanent.
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor visas.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll make a real difference, guiding and empowering individuals to achieve their potential. Your duties include:
* Daily Care & Support: Personal care, meal prep, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Understanding and supporting individual needs.
* Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holidays, social events, and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring respectful, dignified, and equal treatment.
Who You Will Be Supporting
Fir Tree Lodge is a 10-bed residential home for adults with complex care needs, learning disabilities, and sight loss. Some individuals may exhibit challenging behaviours, but our positive, consistent team delivers exceptional care. Support involves personal care, nutrition, mobility assistance, and engaging in community activities like music therapy, arts, swimming, and gardening.
