In this role, you'll play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services. As a Patient Account Officer, you will: Assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalate when required Manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in co-ordination with the customer services team.
