 
        
        Overview
The Senior Reward Partner will play a pivotal role in the continued development and delivery of reward structures and processes across NCC Group. This is a hands-on global role, focusing on global reward & compensation (variable & fixed pay, and job evaluation/architecture), and management of global reward and compensation cyclical activities. It combines operational and strategic rewards delivery, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and working closely with the People team to support the Group strategy and ensure we attract, retain and engage top talent.
Responsibilities
 * Pay & Total Reward Strategy: Support the development and implementation of our pay strategy/framework that aligns with business objectives and supports our global people strategy.
 * Developing and maintaining pay structures globally, and review, design and implementation of variable incentive and bonus plans and allowances to enhance competitive advantage while managing costs.
 * Cyclical Reward Activity: Oversight of annual reward processes such as pay reviews and bonus awards, supporting the wider People team through the process with stakeholders and utilising the system to manage recommendations and approvals.
 * Best practice: Stay at the forefront of reward and compensation trends, conduct benchmarking and market analysis to keep programs competitive within the technology/cyber security industry and globally, ensuring fair and equitable reward practices across the group.
 * Executive Reward & Remuneration Committee: Support the design and administration of executive reward programs, including preparation of RemCo papers, reporting and forecasting data.
 * Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations: Use data analytics to collect, analyse, and provide strategic insights into pay data across the reward function, enabling informed decision-making and identification of potential issues or opportunities; take a global approach to pay equality analysis.
 * Performance Management: Collaborate with the People team and leadership to develop, implement and manage performance-related pay schemes that drive engagement, retention and business strategy.
 * Compliance and Governance: Develop and maintain reward policies, frameworks and reporting to ensure compliance with regulations (including gender pay gap and minimum wage) and provide credible counsel aligned with risk appetite and global/local data regulations.
 * Strategic Partner: Act as a COE partner to provide technical rewards expertise on global People projects such as workforce planning, culture transformation and performance management that affect NCC Group’s performance and competitiveness.
 * Communication and Education: Develop and implement programs to help colleagues and leaders understand and maximise our reward and benefits offerings, focusing on total reward.
 * Expertise in total rewards and job evaluation/architecture within a global organisation.
 * Experience in scoping, designing, and implementing new reward and benefits programmes and policies, with a strong change management focus.
 * Strong analytical approach with attention to detail, and the ability to present data clearly.
 * Experience of working to demanding deadlines in a project-driven environment.
 * Familiarity with executive remuneration including long-term incentives.
 * Comfortable in fast-paced cultures, adaptable to transformation and change, and able to thrive in such environments.
 * Collaborative, relationship-driven and ideas-focused.
 * Comfortable working with large interconnecting datasets, ensuring data integrity when moving between HRIS (Workday), Power BI and Excel.
 * Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, culture transformation, performance management or related areas is preferred.
 * Experience using compensation modules of Workday or larger HCM systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is preferred but not essential.
