An exciting opportunity has arisen on AFU for either a full or part time Clinical Support Worker to join our up and coming team.

AFU is an 28 bed assessment unit for over 74s who may suffer from frailty. Our aim is to view our patient from an MDT perspective to create the best possible care plan and safest discharges.
We liaise with community services as well as provide frailty clinics Monday to Friday for our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist Registered Nurses and other members of the multidisciplinary team in implementing patients’ care plan.
* Undertake some clerical and domestic duties to ensure a safe environment.
