Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences? We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.
Working Hours
1. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Oversight
2. Plan, manage, and execute projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
3. Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for each project phase.
Timeline & Milestone Management
4. Create detailed project schedules and maintain updated timelines.
5. Monitor progress against milestones and proactively adjust plans as needed.
Resource Coordination
6. Allocate resources efficiently across teams to meet project demands.
7. Balance workload and capacity to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
Stakeholder Communication
8. Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams.
9. Facilitate regular status updates and provide transparent reporting.
Risk Management
10. Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle.
11. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
Team Leadership
12. Mentor and guide the Junior Project Manager, ensuring task clarity and growth.
13. Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development within the team.

15. Time Management – Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage schedules.
16. Resource Coordination – Allocate team and technical resources effectively.

18. Reporting & Analytics – Track metrics, build reports, and present progress.
19. Risk Management – Identify potential issues and implement mitigation plans.
20. Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong engagement with clients throughout the project lifecycle
21. Leadership & Mentorship – Guide junior team members, especially the Junior Project Manager.
22. Problem-Solving – Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully.
23. Tech Proficiency – Use project management tools like MS Project, Trello, Jira, or Asana.
