Pay rate £38.43 per hour via umbrella company
2 Qualified Social Workers are required ideally on a full time basis to join Swansea Social Services fostering service as a Supervising Social Worker. Part time applications will potentially be considered for condensed working weeks. The role offers hybrid working but you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Pay rate for this position is up to £38.43 via an umbrella company in line with the ADSS pledge. Initial contract will run for an initial 3 month period with potential to extend until 31st March 2026.
In this role you will be responsible for carrying a caseload of approximately 16 foster carers, and in addition you may be required to take on one form f assessment. You will be expected to visit foster carers and participate in duty rota as and when required.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold -
* A minimum of 6 months experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker
* A relevant Social Work Qualification
* Registration with Social Care Wales / Social Work EnglandEnhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
* 3 Years of referencing
* Driving license with access to a car
