Salary: £30,000 £36,000 per year (DOE) + Bonus & Commission Scheme

Our client is a well-respected Ford dealershipthats continuing to grow thanks to its excellent reputation for customer service and quality workmanship.
Were now looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their busy workshop team in Wantage.
Youll be working with a trusted automotive brand, supported by Ford Academy training, and rewarded with great pay, ongoing career development, and a friendly working environment.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
* Perform warranty and safety checks in line with Ford guidelines
* Record detailed job sheets and parts used accurately in the system
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
* Work effectively as part of a close-knit team
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
What Were Looking For
* Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* MOT Tester (preferred but not essential training provided)
* Excellent technical and fault-finding skills
* Strong communicator with good attention to detail
* Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licencerequired
