You'll act as a vital link between customers and the internal team, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers
* Accurately process sales orders and provide timely quotations
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in your territory
* Conduct site visits to enhance customer engagement and identify upselling opportunities
* Provide product knowledge and technical advice when needed
* Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and activity
* Collaborate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Experience in a similar role (account management, internal sales, customer service, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Confident in managing both remote and face-to-face client relationships
* Detail-oriented with solid organisational skills
* CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Full UK driving licence (essential for client visits)
