Customer Service Advisor (Evenings & Weekends Only)

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week
Work pattern: Evenings and weekends
Rota: 5 days per week on a rota basis across Monday–Sunday (rota provided in advance)

This role is ideal if you’re looking for part-time work that fits around other commitments, with shifts focused on evenings and weekends.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support our guests and property owners by phone and email, helping resolve queries, provide reassurance and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.

• Supporting customers by phone and email
• Providing reassurance, information and solutions
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
• Recording information accurately and following internal processes
