Site Services Maintenance Assistant
We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Site Services Maintenance Assistant to join our brilliant team in Crewe.
We’re looking for a Site Services Maintenance Assistant to help maintain and service all electrical and mechanical infrastructure across the site. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Working Hours, Salary & Location:
Shifts: Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Crewe
Main Duties:
Electrical Site Services
* Maintain and service all site lighting equipment to ensure required lighting levels.
* Assist the onsite electrician with any required electrical installations.
* Support the completion of fixed wire testing.
* Support the completion of site thermography testing.
Mechanical Site Services
* Carry out any remedial works following pest and fabrication audits.
* Assist with day-to-day operations of site water management, including:
* Perform general site repairs.
Retail Shops:
* Liaise with shops to resolve any outstanding repair works.
* Respond to any new issues.
