Administrator – HR, Recruitment & Vetting Support
Location: Bridgwater (TA6 4SY) – Hybrid flexibility after training
Day Rate: £180–£200 per day (DOE)
Contract: Ongoing, long‑term need with potential permanent opportunity
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrator to support busy HR, Recruitment and Vetting teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, thrives in a responsible role, and is confident handling confidential information with accuracy and care.
The position is primarily administration‑focused, with occasional light recruitment tasks. You’ll be involved in checking vetting packs, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring internal processes run smoothly.
Initial training will be based onsite in Bridgwater with the potential for some home‑working once fully trained.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across HR, recruitment and vetting teams.
* Check, verify and quality‑assure vetting packs and supporting documents.
* Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure compliance with internal standards.
* Handle confidential employee and applicant information professionally and securely.
* Complete general admin tasks such as data entry, correspondence and document preparation.
* Support light recruitment duties including interview coordination or candidate paperwork when required.
* Ensure all documentation is up‑to‑date, properly filed, and audit‑ready.

* Strong administrative experience in a responsible or confidential setting.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
* Well‑organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
* Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams.
* Within a reasonable commute to Bridgwater for the training period.
* Competent with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
