The role
Endeavour House, Meriden Drive, Kingshurst, Solihull, B37 6BX We’re looking for three proactive and customer-focused Income Account Managers to join our Income Services Team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help customers manage their rent, prevent arrears, and sustain tenancies while delivering an excellent service. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of rent and leaseholder accounts Support customers in arrears with advice, repayment plans, and signposting Work with partner agencies to help sustain tenancies and reduce evictions Take recovery action in line with policy, including court attendance Maintain accurate records and deliver strong performance outcomes About You Experience in income recovery, debt management, or a similar role Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure Knowledge of welfare benefits or housing is desirable Customer-focused, empathetic, and resilient Why Join Us?
