Role Description
This is a full-time/ contractor, on-site role for a Hot Tub Engineer based in Staffordshire, Chehsire or Shropshire. Responsibilities primarily include Cleaning & Servicing hot tubs, swim spas, and other related equipment. Additional tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, conducting regular servicing, and ensuring optimal performance of products for customers. The Hot Tub Engineer will also provide excellent customer service, offering guidance and support to clients as needed.
Qualifications (Desired)
* Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of hot tubs, swim spas, and other related equipment
* Technical skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues
* Knowledge of Gecko and Balboa systems, as well as major hot tub and swim spa brands
* Basic plumbing and electrical proficiency in the context of relevant equipment
* Strong customer service and communication skills to provide high-quality service to clients
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
