Responsibilities
* Collaborate with 15-20 top resellers to enhance their marketing and sales capabilities for scalable security solutions in the SMB segment.
* Develop lifecycle management practices, renewal motions, and upsell strategies to boost new customer acquisition.
* Leverage Microsoft tools like Cloud Ascent, Co-op, SMB Workshops, and Solution Assessments for security workload discussions.
* Drive partner outreach and demand generation through email, Teams, social media, and phone, promoting offers and campaigns.
* Lead the acquisition and activation of new cyber channels to service SMB customers at scale.
* Identify active cyber resellers and use existing Threat Protection resources to target new customers.
* Identify go-to-market opportunities with MSSP players to defend against threats.
* Reinforce the security roadmap and certification, aligning with the SMB Security Pathway.
* Articulate the role of investments, incentives, and offers in driving sales growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in core sales, channel sales, security solution selling, and business development.
* Familiarity with Microsoft security products or similar solutions.
* Experience working with small & medium business (SMB) customers.
* Basic understanding of Security and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
* Preferable experience working at a Partner/Host/Telco/Service Provider or competing technology vendor.
