The role
Reporting into the Paid Media Manager, the Paid Media Executive will take ownership of paid search and paid social across a portfolio of e-commerce brands. This is a hands-on role with genuine influence over budget and strategy from day one.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving market share growth while maintaining spend efficiency
2. Drive remarketing and upper-funnel prospecting through paid social channels including Meta, Pinterest and TikTok
3. Manage cross-channel campaign alignment to prevent audience overlap and maximise budget efficiency
4. Conduct regular SQR analysis, implementing negative keyword strategies and refining campaign structures to improve performance
