The Assistant Building surveyor's role
Joining as an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will engage with an array of stimulating projects spanning several key sectors, including the public sector, commercial, residential, educational, and defense areas.
Your responsibilities will be centered around executing extensive condition survey programs, utilising cutting-edge tools such as 3D mapping techniques and drone technology. These responsibilities encompass the management of dilapidations, the supervision of contract administration processes, party wall issues, and measured surveys.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have?
1. A degree in Building Surveying either BSc or MSc.
2. Some experience in a building surveying role, preferably with a similar practice.
3. Ideally have made a start with APC progression or keen to progress.
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating effectively with senior team members and clients.
5. A commitment to providing high-quality services and a keen eye for detail.
