About the Role You’ll be supporting a gentleman in his own home and out in the community, helping him live life his way. With full training and support, you’ll learn how to: Support with shopping, day trips, and community activities Help with daily household tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, and feeding Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing Build a positive, respectful, and trusting relationship You’ll receive a fully paid induction, bespoke service-specific training, and ongoing guidance from a dedicated manager who’s there to support you from day one. No previous care experience is required — just commitment, kindness, and willingness to learn. What We’re Looking For You could be a great fit if you: Are caring, reliable, and patient Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team Are willing to learn new skills and follow training and guidance Have a positive attitude and good communication skills Are flexible (some weekend working is required) Experience in care, mental health, or complex needs is welcome — but not essential.
