Hi there! We are South and our client is looking for a Business Development Coordinator!

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage prequalification processes for new and existing DFM clients.
* Monitor and respond to opportunity requests via email, phone, and website.
* Log, track, and follow up on proposals and outreach activity using Salesforce.
* Set up new opportunities in the system and notify internal directors for proposal development.
* Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups on outstanding proposals.
* Coordinate and lead scope review calls/meetings with potential clients.
* Share insights and opportunity details with internal teams via Salesforce.
* Maintain accurate records of communication and client interactions.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction).
* 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* High proficiency in verbal and written English communication (a writing sample may be requested).
* Experience in a client-facing, administrative, or business development role.
* Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
* Previous work experience with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
* Must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
