About HOOKE
HOOKE is a preventative health clinic built on the principles of longevity science. We combine cutting-edge diagnostics with clinical insight and lifestyle medicine to help individuals live healthier lives for longer. Our clients work with a team of leading doctors, psychologists, nutritionists, personal trainers and other experts to receive a deeply personalised and ongoing health strategy.
The Role
We're seeking a scientifically literate, detail-focused Report Writer & Content Coordinator to help translate our work into impactful communication. Sitting in on multidisciplinary team meetings, you'll observe and extract recommendations from our clinical experts—including physicians, therapists, trainers, and nutritionists. From these sessions, you'll distil key findings and formulate structured reports for our clients, clearly linking test data with practitioner insights.
You'll also act as a patient advocate during MDT meetings—ensuring that each issue identified through testing is properly addressed by the clinical team. This means guiding discussions when needed, clarifying unresolved items, and coordinating across disciplines to help the team reach a clear, considered recommendation for every finding. Your presence in the room is not passive; you help shape outcomes on behalf of the client.
You'll also play a key role in maintaining the clarity and consistency of HOOKE's written outputs. That includes data input, formatting, and document prep—essential in ensuring every client report reflects the care and rigour behind our service.
Beyond reporting, there's room for creativity. You'll help shape content on emerging medical technology, new interventions in longevity science, and insights into health optimisation. This content will contribute to thought leadership across our digital platforms and help build awareness around new tools we trial at HOOKE.
Who This Role Suits
This is an ideal entry point for a recent biomedical sciences graduate who has a talent for clear communication and wants to be involved in clinical work without being purely lab- or patient-facing. You'll need to be able to listen closely, think critically, write clearly, and be comfortable with scientific detail. Precision, discretion, and an organised approach are essential.
Why Join HOOKE
This role places you at the centre of one of London's most innovative health teams. You'll gain insight into the full spectrum of longevity and proactive health—from advanced diagnostics to cognitive wellbeing to elite-level fitness—and you'll have a hand in how that story gets told. There may also be opportunities to attend industry conferences and events focused on luxury medicine and health innovation.
