About Us
At Aqualution Systems Ltd, we specialise in in the science, manufacture and application of hypochlorous acid, delivering high-quality products and excellent service to customers across multiple sectors including cosmetics and petcare. We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover basis.
The Role
This is a key support role within our sales function. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, supporting both existing and new customers, and helping the wider team deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all inbound email enquiries from the website, ensuring leads are accurately captured and maintained within the CRM
* Process orders efficiently via email and website in line with internal sales procedures
* Support order processing in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, availability, or delivery issues
* Coordinate and manage product samples for prospective customers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across internal systems and CRM
* Take ownership of CRM usage across the business to improve efficiency and consistency
* Manage and update three Shopify websites, including order fulfilment and promotional activity
* Support the Sales & Marketing Director with marketing initiatives, including social media (Instagram and Facebook)
* Liaise with suppliers to source materials and obtain quotations
* Work with shipping partners to obtain competitive delivery quotes
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
* Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
* Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms (desirable)
* Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable
