About The Role
Role Overview:
proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.
Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Business Development Manager to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV.
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Business Development Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing attends.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align strategies and drive growth.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
* Cold call prospects, pitching company services.
* To identify, target and develop new business opportunities for proAV in Support Services.
* Identify support service project opportunities and qualify each opportunity.
* Tracking of existing contracts held by proAV competitors to enable service sales team to plan strategy for contract renewals.
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Research and manage sales leads.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Ongoing reporting to Line Management as required.
* Interfacing with specialist consultants.
* Develop and maintain intelligence and personal knowledge of priority sectors, market trends and routes to market for improved effectiveness within a sales support function.
* Targeting tier 2 D&B construction professionals.
* Targeting Residential construction professionals.
Hours of work:
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day, 8.30am-5.30pm, including an hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
