The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high‑quality care alongside sustainable business growth.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an experienced care professional who enjoys developing teams, building strong client relationships and driving performance in a quality‑led environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the day‑to‑day operations of the branch
* Leading and developing office and care teams
* Ensuring full CIW compliance and maintaining high standards
* Growing care hours in a sustainable and ethical manner
* Managing private care packages and customer relationships
* Monitoring branch performance, quality and profitability
* Building strong relationships within the local healthcare community
* Participating in the branch on‑call rota
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Branch Manager within domiciliary
* Residential managers with strong CIW knowledge will also be considered
* Strong knowledge of CIW/CQC regulations and inspections
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a service
* Experience within private‑pay care would be highly advantageous
* Level 5 qualification desirable or willingness to work towards
* A resilient, proactive and solutions‑focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Salary
* Salary up to 40,500 DOE + additional on call allowance
* Bonus opportunity up to 12,000 per annum
* Additional 1,000 joining incentive paid across the first 12 months
