Beauty Supervisor

We're looking for a
Supervisor
who loves delivering exceptional customer experiences, inspires their team, and ensures high standards across all areas of the store.
What You'll Do:
Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge on every interaction.
Help drive sales and achieve store targets.
Maintain strong visual standards and brand presentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, including health & safety and stock control.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and new product launches.
About You:
You'll be confident, energetic, and passionate about beauty, skincare, or cosmetics. You might already be a
Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Assistant
in a service-led retail environment and ready to take the next step with a brand that truly values its people.
