OCS are working with a leading multi-utility and civil engineering contractor that is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to cover a busy regional portfolio of projects, primarily based in and around Cambridge, with additional sites extending up to King's Lynn and down to Southend-on-Sea. This is a key regional role supporting approximately 30 live sites, making it ideal for a proactive, site-focused Health & Safety professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and regular engagement with operational teams. The Role As Health & Safety Manager, you will work closely with site management and project teams to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance across all works. Key responsibilities include: * Providing day-to-day Health & Safety support across multiple live sites * Conducting site inspections, audits, and safety tours * Advising site teams on safe systems of work, RAMS, and method statements * Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions * Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings * Monitoring compliance with company procedures and HSE legislation * Producing reports and tracking Health & Safety performance * Building strong relationships with site managers and supervisors About You To be considered for this role, you will ideally have: * NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent) * Experience working as a Health & ...
