Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to customer queries and promoting Co-op products and membership
2. Support store colleagues to solve problems and enhance the shopping experience
3. Maintain store safety and legality by ensuring shelves are stocked, and prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues
5. Support community involvement through participation in activities and events
