About the Role
We are partnering with a creatively led, fast-growing PR agency looking to expand its account management team. This role would suit a driven Account Manager with strong client servicing skills who thrives in a collaborative agency environment. You will support senior team members and help manage client relationships across consumer-focused brands.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of PR and communications programmes for a portfolio of consumer accounts.
Act as a main point of contact for clients on day-to-day activities and ensure excellent service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and influencers.
Assist in developing and executing campaign plans, including press releases, media outreach and reporting.
Monitor media coverage and prepare performance summaries for clients.
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate creative and strategic activity.
About You
Proven experience in PR, communications, or account management (typically 2–4 years).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with multiple clients and competing priorities.
A proactive, team-focused approach with a passion for consumer brands.
