Join Cleveland Surgery as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team at Cleveland Surgery. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, family-friendly environment where staff well-being and work-life balance are priorities.
Why Join Us?
Tired of drowning in admin tasks? Let us help you reclaim your time for what truly matters. At The Welby Practice, we embrace change, prioritize patient care, and ensure a true work-life balance. Unlike many practices, we provide unparalleled support through our HUB.
About the Role
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while contributing to the Four Pillars of Advanced Nursing Practice:
Main duties of the job
* Clinical Practice: You will have the autonomy to manage and treat patients, using advanced clinical reasoning to assess, diagnose, prescribe, and evaluate care. Your expertise will support QOF reviews and ensure proactive patient management. Additionally, you will take on the duty clinician role one day per week, providing variety in your practice.
* Leadership & Management: This role offers more than clinical duties—you'll have the chance to shape services and mentor others. Get involved in service development, influence best practices, and, if desired, take on lead roles in safeguarding or end-of-life care, helping drive positive change for patients and the wider team.
* Education: We believe in continuous development. As a training practice for GPs, we foster a culture of learning. You'll have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and participate in our daily 'Cases Over Coffee' meetings at 11:00, a relaxed space to discuss complex cases collaboratively.
* Research & Development: Passionate about evidence-based practice? All Welby Group practices are active research sites, allowing you to engage in research studies and contribute to advancements in primary care.
