There is no hard selling involved! The customer has already completed their loan application, and your role is to assist them throughout their car buying journey. People skills, a positive attitude, and excellent organisation are the most important skills for this role.
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be an excellent communicator, passionate about talking to and helping people. You will be well-organised, confident in working with technology and systems, and a hard worker eager to be rewarded for your effort, dedication, and passion.
About The Role
Full Time Permanent Position.
Up to £26,000 per annum + uncapped commission, OTE £55,000+
Hours are full time, 40 hours per week. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, with two days 10am-7pm. Occasional weekend days with a day off in lieu during the week. Overtime is available.
Responsibilities Include:
* Build rapport with the customer to understand exactly what they need.
* Guide customers through every stage of their car buying journey.
* Utilise and update our CRM system to manage the customer journey proactively.
* Achieve all KPI’s around activity and quality.
* Meet sales and performance targets set by the business.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-focused environment with high energy and high rewards.
* Provide an excellent customer experience, putting the customer at the center of everything.
* Maintain compliance standards and knowledge in Data Protection, Money Laundering, and Treating Customers Fairly.
