About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (React + Python) who wants to sharpen their skills through real-world projects. This is an unpaid, mentored volunteer position, perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience who wants to strengthen professional credibility, gain exposure to AI-driven systems, and collaborate directly with an experienced senior engineer.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and improve user interfaces using React + Tailwind + NextJS + Typescript
* Develop Python software and integrate AI workflows (LangGraph, REST APIs)
* Collaborate with backend engineers using Golang and PostgreSQL
* Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product discussions
* Help deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend layers
Preferred Skills & Experience
* 1–3 years of hands-on coding experience (professional or strong personal projects)
* Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python
* Familiarity with Git, API design, and general web application architecture
* Basic understanding of AI model integration (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) is a plus
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn fast in a startup environment
