As a BMW Used Car Retail Sales Manager, you will support the used car sales team to hit targets, delight customers, drive retention, and stay fully compliant. Your Responsibilities: Lead and support Sales Executives to achieve agreed activity, profit, and customer satisfaction targets in line with budget, BMW UK performance goals, and company standards. Capture and record all prospect details in the CRM/Drive system, ensuring follow‑up within 24 hours to maximise sales opportunities. Deliver engaging sales presentations, from greeting to closing, and maintain expert knowledge of BMW Financial Services and insurance products. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and complaints promptly and professionally. Produce accurate sales reports, forecasts, and financial documentation, ensuring all vehicle funds are cleared prior to handover. Manage test‑drive and key‑security procedures, keeping demonstrator vehicles clean, secure, and ready for use. Process financial settlements and documentation in line with compliance standards, offering professional advice on finance packages. 5 day a week working pattern (over a 2 week period). Your profile Knowledge of financial packages, accessories and insurance products. Excellent customer service and organisation skills. Excellent communication and administrative skills. Reliable and focussed. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to use own initiative. Experience communicating with Senior Management. Ability to work weekends and bank holidays. Knowledge of Drive and Microsoft Office applications.
