Due to business growth we have an exciting opportunity to develop, manage and grow existing client accounts within the Social media arena. Working with some of the UK’s largest FMCG and Health & Beauty brands, you will be tasked with growing revenues through developing proposals and activities that will deliver growth in line with the account targets and commercial objectives. It's a perfect job for someone who has been working as an Account Manager for at least a year and looking to take a step up.
You will be working in a team which prides itself on being supportive, fun with strong personal leadership values. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in building long term client relationships and becoming a thought leader in your field.
The role is based in our Maidenhead Head office with flexibility to work from home.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Growing the pipeline for Social & Influencer business development through existing and new N2O client relationships.
2. Delivering revenue growth through uncovering client needs and identifying how N2O solutions can help clients achieve their business objectives.
3. Managing incoming social and influencer briefs, from client brief taking to developing concepts and client pitch.
4. Developing proactive client engagement plans ensuring that N2O are front of mind with our clients, adding value and solving their challenges.
5. Working collaboratively across internal departments and external suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered to agreed specifications.
6. Learning and developing to become an expert within your client sector, sharing knowledge inside and across teams.

Requirements
7. Experience and passion for the strategic development of PR, Social & influencers campaigns and accounts.
8. Experience in social agency environment or equivalent
9. Ideally one year's experience as Account Manager
10. Great relationship builder across internal / external stakeholders
11. Can manage and implement pitches seamlessly with short lead times with attention to detail
12. Strong and open communication and presentation skills
13. Access to good network of suppliers
14. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task and juggle different priorities
15. The ability to develop multiple clients at one time
16. Detailed orientated with good administration skill
17. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages
18. Able to commute to our Maidenhead office two days a week
19. Driving license would be advantageous.
