In this role, you'll: Lead, coach and manage a team of Associate Engineers Oversee resource planning, capacity, and project delivery Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance, and H&S standards Manage commercial performance and contract milestones Support with client engagement, budgeting, and design tool optimisation You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver world-class data centre design solutions from concept through to commissioning.
