Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking for a Registered Manager to lead a brand-new children's residential home in Leicestershire.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it meets Ofsted standards and provides the highest level of care and support. You'll lead a committed team, promote a culture of warmth and professionalism, and ensure every child feels safe, valued and empowered.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
* Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation
* Lead and inspire a team of care professionals
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies
* Manage recruitment, training and staff development
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and families
* Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
