Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in manufacturing and testing medical devices.
* Maintain and calibrate equipment.
* Accurately complete records and worksheets.
* Use the ERP system for tracking work and managing documents.
* Report progress and issues promptly.
* Work as part of a team and help with planning tasks.
* Follow health and safety procedures.
* Ensure all work meets company standards and regulations. Education and Experience:
* Essential: GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science; team experience; basic computer skills; good time management and communication skills.
* Desirable: Degree in a relevant subject; A Levels; lab experience; knowledge of Health & Safety and Quality Systems. Personal Qualities:
* Friendly, positive attitude, good timekeeping, organized, reliable, self-motivated, and flexible to work overtime if needed.

Top Skills:
1. Scientific degree OR 1 year of experience in operations, production, lab setting or related field
2. Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment OR any lab experience
