We are seeking an experienced Exams Officer to join a secondary school in Haringey from September 2025. About the Role: As an Exams Officer, you will be responsible for the planning, administration, and smooth running of all internal and external examinations. You will ensure compliance with exam regulations and work closely with staff, students, and external bodies to ensure the process runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Organise and manage all aspects of the school's examination process. Liaise with exam boards and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Manage exam timetables, seating plans, and invigilator schedules. Ensure secure storage and distribution of exam papers. Support students and staff with exam-related queries. Requirements: Previous experience in an exams or data-focused school role. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school MIS systems.
