About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The day-to-day responsibilities of the PPC Media Executive include:
* Manage and optimise established PPC campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads.
* Launch and optimise new Paid Search & Shopping campaigns.
* Implement and test new PPC features.
* Monitor and assess performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly across multiple campaigns.
* Build out Search Ads at scale.
* Conduct keyword research and identify new product opportunities.
* Review ad copy, write and test adverts for effectiveness.
* Perform bid optimisations.
* Analyse trends and make data-driven decisions.
* Prepare detailed reports on key metrics and performance summaries to provide insights to the wider team.
* Stay updated with the latest PPC and SEM trends.

Requirements
Skills Required
* 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths & English
* 2 years experience in PPC (Google Ads and Google Analytics).
* Ability to think creatively to enhance campaign performance.
* Strong numeracy and excellent written communication skills.
* Confidence and professionalism.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Analytical thinking and decisiveness.
* Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn new skills.
