Job Description
B.P. McKeefry have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Transport Planner at our Swatragh Depot, on a permanent basis.
This unique opportunity will allow an individual to gain structured exposure to the breath of the business including a higher education qualification, while being mentored by our Transport Manager, to gain real world transport planning skills and experience.
Experience in a similar role IS NOT REQUIRED as full training is provided.
To succeed in this role, an individual will need:
* A strong work ethic
* A pro-active, can do attitude
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Be a team player
* Strong IT skills: Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent)
* Minimum B (or higher) grade in GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
