We're now looking for a Site Administrator to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
A TYPICAL DAY INVOLVES
o Performing general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
o Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
o Preparing and distributing reports, memos, and other documents as required
o Managing the inventory of stationery supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering
o Coordinating the distribution and tracking of uniforms for ground handling staff
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
o Are confident users of IT systems, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Packages
o Have Experience in creating comms'/newsletters and Power BI would be a great advantage.
o Have good customer service skills and able to maintain a professional manner at all times
o Have a good attention to detail
o Have previous Aviation knowledge (Desirable)

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
o Be able to provide five years' address history
o Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
