The Role: Impact & Ownership
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take ownership of key retail accounts in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same. Your focus will be:
● Relationship Architecture: Building deep-rooted, honest relationships with key commercial contacts to ensure long-term partnership success.
● Category Growth: Managing and developing large-scale product categories, identifying opportunities to expand the footprint within key accounts.
● Commercial Precision: Full-cycle management of pricing, costings, and service delivery to protect margins and drive value.
● Strategic Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with the wider commercial team to exceed customer expectations and hit growth targets.
Who You Are

● Experience: Proven track record in a Commercial or Account Management role, ideally managing major UK retail accounts.
● Sector Knowledge: Fresh Produce or Fresh Food experience is essential.
