The Railway Inn requires an experienced Bar And Restaurant Supervisor.
The ideal applicant:
As a Supervisor you will support the pub manager and when running a shift, take responsibility for the pub's operation. This includes motivating, supporting and organising the team, responding to customers, delegating tasks and working in all areas of the business with a smile.
We're looking for people with personality, a can-do attitude and not afraid of hard work.
We are looking for someone with a positive and friendly attitude and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. A passion for Food and Beverage is a must as is the ability to lead and motivate. As Food & Beverage Supervisor you will be in charge of a team on shift whether it's a busy lunch or evening service. You will also be responsible for the opening and closing down and training of staff.
Previous experience with online Restaurant and Accommodations booking systems is preferable.
